Rentals can be dropped off for repair or service at our Randolph Store.
If your school is one that we service, you can submit an on-line service request form. [ONLINE RENTAL SERVICE REQUEST]. If there is a charge for the service we will take payment over the phone before returning the instrument to the school.
Returns can be brought into our Randolph store during business hours.

C2B stands for "customer to business". Although not a requirement for rentals or lessons, you can link your Music Den Store account with a themusicden.com account. Once linked you will have the ability to pay most invoices you might have on your store account including:
- Rental Payments
- Repair Invoices
- Lesson Payments
- Layaway Items
