Animals Pedal Bath Time Reverb is a standard reverb effect pedal that adds color and depth to your guitar tone.
You can select 3 types of reverb sounds and set them according to your preferences and music.

Adjust the balance between dry (original sound) and wet (effect sound) with the MIX knob. The more you turn this knob clockwise, the stronger the wetness, which sounds like it's in the bathroom. When set to maximum, the sound will spread from a small attack at once, creating a beautiful sound like strings.

Use the TIME knob to set the time for the reverb to extend. If it is set short, light reverberation in a small space will sound, and if it is set long, fantastic reverberation such as a cathedral or a vast space like space will be heard.

The toggle switch in the middle allows you to switch the tone of the reverb. From top to bottom, the switches are arranged in order from the top, such as the sound of a large hall, rich HALL, often used in classic surf music, etc. SPRING reproduces the spring reverb mounted on a large amplifier, small for a live house or studio, etc. You can choose a ROOM to image the reverberation in your room.

? About the reverb effect
Reverb is an effect that simulates the reflection of a complex sound so that the sound reflects the real space, with a delay set with random settings to the guitar sound. In general, speaking of "echo" in guitar effects is a delay effect, but "echo" in karaoke etc. is a reverb effect.
This effect was designed to create a spatial spread of sound, and in the old days the reverb room was used to create a sound spread using a room prepared only for reverberation.
After that, in order to make the sound spread in a compact size, a plate reverb using a thin plate of metal of about 1 m × 2 m is developed. It was equipped in studios around the world.
Although the real space is compact considering that it uses a dedicated room, the size of the 1 m × 2 m takes up space, so the miniaturization of the reverb effect has been further advanced.
The most well-known analog reverb effect is spring reverb. In addition to the vibration of the spring, by adding reverberation to the sound in a pseudo manner to give a spread to the sound, it was installed in many guitar amplifiers. It is especially favored by surf music, and you can listen to it on a number of masterpieces, including Venturers.
As time goes on, and digital delays appear, digital reverbs will be created that apply that technology. This is a common reverb pedal now.
The spread of the sound that was once made using the room itself can now be made with palm-sized equipment such as BATH TIME REVERB.

Bath Time Reverb lets you choose the three types of reverb sounds that the guitarist needs most.
I think it's all free to put any reverb on any phrase, try it by all means, and enjoy it, but as an easy way of using it, in the rock genre, set the switch to ROOM and the MIX and TIME are minimum Please try setting in the range up to ~ center.
Choose HALL for slow-tempo songs such as ballads and let's taste the fullness of the gorgeous sound.
For surf music, southern rock, classical rock, etc. Let's choose SPRING to make the spring reverb sound that was used in amps of that time.

Foot switch is true bypass. It is powered by a 9 V battery or a standard center negative 9 VDC adapter. Due to the large current consumption, we recommend driving with an adapter.

Designed by Australian surf art artist Jonas Claesson.
I dropped the design into the bathroom where I can usually feel the reverb effect most. Enjoy the unbalanced design of the bathroom and polar bear.

Current consumption: 140 mA
Input impedance: 500 k ohm
Output impedance: 10 k ohm

* It takes several seconds for the internal digital chip to stably drive after the power is turned on for the first time. During this time, the tone may not be stable, so please wait for a few seconds after connecting the adapter.
