  1. What are your Rental program's policies?
    Click here to download the Policies, Terms, and Conditions for The Music Den's Band and Orchestra Instrument Rental Program. This document contains all of the finer details about how the program works and may answer many of the questions you have.

  2. How long will it take to process my Online Rental?
    Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your Rental Order. This will allow us some time to verify your identity and prepare the Rental to be shipped. We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any issues with your rental. When your Rental ships we will send you any tracking information so that you know when to expect it's arrival. School Contract rentals are delivered directly to the school when class starts.

  3. Is the rental instrument going to be New?
    Most of our Rentals are in New or "Like New" condition. All of our Rental instruments are thoroughly inspected, cleaned, sterilized, and come ready to play. Instruments are divided into A, B, and C quality classifications and they are rented out first come first serve.

  4. What Manufacturer and Model are the instruments you rent?
    Below are some of the standard instrument models that we rent through our program. We do also rent Step-Up versions and other types of instruments not seen below.

  5. What if I need to have my instrument repaired?
    If we shipped your instrument to you, you will need to either drop it off at one of our locations or ship it back to us. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. You should first call our Rental Department at 1-800-479-1184, ext 202 and let them know you need a repair before shipping it. If you are under a School Contract, you can just arrange with your band teacher to have our School Servicing Dept pick the instrument up from your school.
