Product Description
John Packer JP123 Eb Clarinet - Reduced Keywork SystemThis instrument has many applications as a school instrument and has a good record for reliability. Ideal for encouraging young players to start a musical career. Very popular in the UK for whole class projects.
Accessories: Lightweight case with shoulder strap and reflective safety stripe, 'easy blow' mouthpiece, mouthpiece cap, ligature, reed
Body And Mechanism: The body of the clarinet is a one-piece design made of ebonite, making the instrument lighter, resonate and eliminating any risk of the instrument spitting. The keys are nickel plated.
Features: The JP123 has reduced chromatic keywork and being approximately only 50cm in length makes it ideal for the younger/smaller player keen to learn but not requiring full trill keys. The reduction of keywork helps to eliminate the bending and damaging of keys. The JP123 has a comfortably plastic ergonomic thumb rest and silvered metal ferrule rings.
Accessories And Maintenance: The JP123 is supplied with a pull through, cork grease, polishing cloth, an ‘easy blow’ mouthpiece with ligature, cap and a reed suitable for a beginner.
Case: The JP123 comes in an attractive blue and red fabric covered lightweight case with a reflective strip. It also has a useful zipped front pocket, two carry handles and a shoulder strap. Inside the case are compartments for the various parts of the clarinet and spaces also for cork grease and reeds etc.
